Announcing: The Coaching Consortium, a service arm of Customized Training, provided by the Business and Entrepreneurship Institute of Dakota County Technical College and the Center for Applied Learning at Normandale Community College.

The Business and Entrepreneurship Institute and the Center for Applied Learning have created the Coaching Consortium with leading professional coaches to enhance and better leverage the benefits obtained from classes, workshops, and customized training services. We now provide individualized coaching and mentoring for individuals and teams who are ready to take their skills to a new level of effectiveness. This Coaching Consortium is staffed by professional coaches and mentors each of whom have extensive experience with workplaces just like yours. Services include:

Coaching services are not like classes and workshops with pre-defined curriculum offered by colleges, universities, internal training staff, or outside consultants. Our service is based upon a list of goals and objectives you identify that focus on specific workplace applications and performance improvements that can be implemented immediately.

These services work well as a support for programs such as Individual Development Plans, Performance Improvement Plans, development related to career advancement, coaching new teams, teams that are stalled or challenged, or teams that are ready to move to a new level of performance. These training services alone, or in conjunction with other services can help you, (business owners, senior leadership, managers, team leaders, and supervisors), or your organization succeed.
